Session 2:  Advanced Communication and influencing skills with neuroscience in mind 

  • Neuroscience and understanding your brain to maximize excellence
  • Myths and truths about the brain
  • Advanced communication and influencing techniques
  • Negotiation tips and tactics – priming and anchoring techniques for influencing
  • Learn whether you are highly visual, auditory or kinaesthetic and how to use that to your benefit
  • The language and body language we use and how to influence
  • SixEss’ influencing model – Learn about this brain-based model that can help you influence and persuade others and help you build relationships

Session 3:  Behavioural profiling and working with different personality styles

Sue is a master trainer in the Secretarial Profession and has trained thousands of secretaries & PAs all over the world from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, China and South East Asia. Sue is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and is a Qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development L&D Practitioner.
