Dr. Tan Kwan Hong

With 13 years of training experience, Kwan Hong has personally conducted workshops or given speeches to over 420,000 people, 750 organizations and schools, in 16 countries. His clients include A*Star, AIA Singapore, AON Singapore, Alexandra Health, Citibank, DSTA, Ministry of Education (Singapore), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Vietnam), Land Transport Authority (LTA), Halogen Foundation, People’s Association, Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), and the Young Men’s Christian Association. 

Kwan Hong has been hired by organisations to coach their C-Suite Executives, Vice-Presidents, and Directors. He has also conducted group and individual coaching sessions for sales executives, negotiators, spokespersons, media relations executives and young professionals. Kwan Hong has also trained participants for international debate and public speaking competitions. 

In 2017, Kwan Hong came out tops over 5000 contestants to become the Singapore Public Speaking Champion, awarded by Toastmasters International. He was ranked 2nd in Singapore for the Evaluation Speech Contest in 2016 and 2017. He was ranked top 7 in Singapore and Thailand in 2013. He was also awarded the Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) title, the greatest honour that can be earned by a member of Toastmasters International, achieved by less than 1% out of 350,000+ members globally.
