An interactive, hands-on & multi-media rich workshop with over a dozen individual training modules during the 2-day course to cover everything you need to know to be a more effective manager & leader through storytelling.

Participants will learn how to craft compelling business stories that resonate with their audience to drive people to action, set a vision, lead change, define the culture, encourage creativity, or inspire the organization. Topics include the structure of a business story (context, conflict, resolution, hero, villain, plot, etc.) plus the appropriate use of emotion, surprise, dialogue, and how to find exactly the right story for any situation, among other modules
